Newest Creation

Here's my latest creation. This is created by screen printing an original design and sewing it into a small pillow. It's backed with red felt and is absolutely wonderful. I plan on making more of these in the future.

Etsy Shop Update!

Here are the two newest items in my shop. I plan to be putting in more items as the weekend progresses. For those of you that have been around these parts awhile might notice a few changes. I've added a categories section, a search option and I've got links to Jacob's cigar box guitar site. If you have any questions about cigar box guitars, you can find him over there.

Also, if you are a new face around here....WELCOME! Thanks to everyone who leaves comments and feedback. I love it. I dropped a lot of bookmarks around Memphis while I was up there and hopefully, lots of new folks will show up. I do sell art, books and now, (hopefully) screen printed items. As most of you guys know, I am always willing to work with you in buy/sell procedures. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email me. I have a lot of stuff and most of it is not on Etsy. If there is something in particular you would like me to add or just even have an idea, throw me an email.

Devil Dogs and Other Messes

Here's some new stuff! Even my dog's aren't safe from screenprinting craziness. I'm trying to figure out a way (read: cheap way) to keep my stencils for reuse. The method I used for these prints is Mod-Podge painted on to make a stencil on a frame I stretched myself. Hmmm....back to the drawing board.

Sidenote: Jacob, Buddy the Dog and me all took a wonderful, long walk to Fred's so that I could buy some staples to stretch my frames. Then, off to Sonic for some surprises and then a leisurely walk back. It was perfect....I'm loving summer and vacation. We're heading to Memphis on Wednesday. Elvis better look out!

Screen Printing Madness!

Well now, here's my newest thing.....Screen Printing! Here are my various attempts from today...The stick godzilla at the top is Jacob's design....so far I'm loving it....and no blank shirt is safe around me....hahahaha

Just the same...got to get better at it...but, hey, I don't think I did to shabby for first attempts. And you know, I kinda like how the Handbag came out like that...
